Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

 

Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel vats

 

Production: 7,000 bottles

 

Intense ruby red color.

The nose reveals good olfactory intensity with hints of ripe red fruit and winey predominantly.

The palate is vibrant, supported by good acidity.
