Our Petit Verdot is the second mono variety produced by us. It grows in the area to the south east of our company, in a soil older than 20 years predominantly Franco-clay with a spur cordon plant and with a plant density per hectare of about 5500 vines.
The wine is produced from only Petit Verdot grapes selected by hand during the harvest at the end of September.
The fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, with a subsequent aging of 20 months in Tonneaux, at controlled temperatures and humidity, and then rest in the bottle for 6 months.
A deep, structured, intense, elegant wine. One of a kind.
Perfect with very mature cheeses, cigars, meats and extra dark chocolate. A meditation wine.
A limited production, designed to best express the unique and inimitable characteristics of this grape.
